Pricing and payment

All pricing shown is in New Zealand Dollars and GST (Goods and Services Tax: 15%) is included in the price.

Methods of payment

We accept Visa and MasterCard.

All online transactions are processed by DPS Payment Express and goods are only dispatched once full payment has been received.

AUT Millennium does not store or collect any credit card information. Payment Express is a certified by Visa, MasterCard and many others and is New Zealand’s most trusted payment gateway.

When paying for goods, customers will be directed away from the AUT Millennium store to a secure page hosted by Payment Express who will process all credit card details. Once payment has been made you will be redirected back to the AUT Millennium store.

Delivery

AUT Millennium will deliver domestically to New Zealand residents only. All orders will be dispatched within 5 working days. Orders made after 5pm or at the weekend will be processed the next working day.

Deliveries are all track and traced and will be delivered by NZ Couriers.

AUT Millennium accepts no liability for undelivered goods sent via NZ Couriers, a refund will not be processed if the mail is lost, undelivered or stolen.

Postage Costs

For a limited time only there are no postage costs.

Returns Policy – Your Right to Return and Exchange Goods

If you are not 100% satisfied with the items you have ordered, please email us at  shop@autmillennium.org.nz.

  • We will not refund your return delivery costs.
  • Goods will not be accepted if they have been worn, used, labels or hygiene stickers removed, altered or damaged in any way. Please note that swimwear which is soiled, damaged, worn or laundered cannot be returned. Please try swimwear on top of other clothing.
  • Items must be returned to us within ten days of the date on which you received the item.
  • Refunds will only be given if the goods are returned in their original packaging.
  • Please ensure the original invoice accompanies the returned item(s).
  • We will not accept returns from countries outside New Zealand.
  • All returned goods must be sent to AUT Millennium Returns, 17 Antares Place, Mairangi Bay, 0632.
  • Sale items are non-refundable/exchangeable.

AUT Millennium reserves the right to turn down a return at our discretion if the above Return Conditions are not met.

Exchange Policy

If you would like to exchange an item then please note:

  • We will not refund your return delivery costs.
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
  • Exchange items will only be dispatched once we have received the returned goods.
  • Returned goods must meet the Returns Policy outlined above.

Receiving a Refund

Once items have been returned to us AUT Millennium staff can begin the refund process. Refunded money will be credited to the original purchaser of the goods, including GST and excluding delivery fees.

Manufacturer’s warranties

If your product is protected by a manufacturer’s guarantee/warranty and you would like to return it please contact us shop@autmillennium.org.nz.
